Coleman J. Braun, an associate at Childress, Duffy, Ltd., headquartered in Chicago, focuses on insurance recovery and related litigation. He represents the insured policyholder in property insurance claims and lawsuits involving construction defect issues. He has negotiated, adjusted, and prosecuted insurance claims arising in numerous states. His experiences during law school included working as a clerk at Ard, Shirley and Hartman, in Tallahassee, Florida. In addition, he completed an externship with the Honorable Chief Judge Edwin Browning of the Florida First District Court of Appeal. Previously, he worked as an associate with Hoskins & Harris, P.A., in Missouri and Tennessee.
Education
Coleman received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida State University, in 2007, and a B.A. in political science and economics in 2004 from the University of Tennessee.
