Ernest P. Wagner is a senior associate with Childress Duffy, Ltd., a law firm with extensive experience in helping insurance policyholders with their claims. He concentrates his practice in first and third party insurance disputes nationwide. Representing the insured policyholder, he focuses on insurance recovery and related litigation. He has conducted more than 30 trials and 150 arbitrations for plaintiffs and defendants.
Education
Ernest earned a J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia in 1999, and a B.A. from the University of Iowa in Iowa City in 1995.

Ernest is a member of the bar in various State, Federal District, and Appellate Courts across the Country.
He has been admitted pro hac vice in several states.
