intrusion case involving mold contamination and personal injury as a result of mold
exposure. The case involved the single biggest settlement involving artificial stucco.
• Illinois: CDG recovers in excess of $ 2 million for trust beneficiary and company
president oppressed by family member majority shareholders.
• Illinois: CDG creates six figure buyout of minority shareholders/trust beneficiaries from
family electrical supplies company. |

• Illinois: CDG assists contract seller of 32 building apartment complex seize control of the
complex from defaulting buyer.
• Illinois: CDG uses prejudgment attachment to seize furniture and goods worth in excess
of $1 million for creditor.
• Illinois: CDG recovers approximately $350,000 from Shell Oil for contaminating the
Settlers Hill.
• Illinois: CDG recovers multi-million dollar settlement from County government for group
of Nurses for violations of the FLSA and other overtime issues.
• Illinois: CDG settled complex real estate disconnection matter with developer on behalf
of municipal client .
• Indiana: CDG recovers in excess of $300,000 for a construction defect case in a luxury
home due to water intrusion, defective siding and inappropriate design details; the
recovery also involved injuries secondary to mold exposure.
• Iowa: CDG recovers for prison guards forced to work in contaminated prison.
• Minnesota: CDG defends a matter on behalf of a homeowner in a failure to disclose
case. The omeowner, on the allegations, was sued in excess of $2.5 million. A sixfigure
settlement offer was made. The arbitration award after many days of testimony
was $50,000.
• Nevada: CDG recovers, along with co-counsel, mid six figures for county workers
injured as a result of defective construction and damage to the County court and
municipal building.
