Zorian Sperkacz is a partner at Childress Loucks & Plunkett, who resides and practices insurance law in Florida. He focuses his practice on first and third party insurance litigation, and pre-litigation claims management. He has handled first party insurance claims throughout the state of Florida, including claims arising out of each of the many major hurricanes to hit the state since Hurricane Andrew in 1992. His background includes representation of several insurance carriers’ special investigation units. He also has extensive experience in the evaluation, litigation and alternative dispute resolution of third party coverage issues, including coverage issues arising out of construction disputes.
Zorian received a J.D. in 1984 from The University of Miami School of Law in Miami, Florida. He received a B.A. from Florida International University in 1981.
