Childress Loucks & Plunkett successfully resolved 2004 hurricane cases for two adjacent 12-story towers in Daytona Beach, Florida in April, 2009. The claims were made under Citizens Property Insurance Company’s policy and were litigated in Volusia County. The Firm represents and has represented several of the associations in the Daytona Beach area asserting claims under insurance policies issued by Citizens.
